How long will it take to receive my order?

Each bonnet is custom-printed and require 5-7 business days to finish. Other items in stock require 3-5 business days to process, not including weekends or major holidays. You'll receive a confirmation email after ordering, and then a shipping confirmation when your order ships. In the shipping confirmation email, you'll receive an estimated delivery time from the shipping partner. 

Returns & Exchanges

We hope that you're completely happy with your purchase, but if not, please read below for our policy on returns & exchanges.

All items (with the exception of wigs) are eligible for return up to 7 days after receiving your order. 

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The product was delivered within the last 7 days.
  • The product must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You are responsible for the return shipping fee unless it's our fault.

Refunds are not available on following conditions:

  • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Flawless Kinks (shipping partner delays or delayed by a natural disaster).
  • Your order is stated as 'DELIVERED' due to shipping partner tracking infomation.

Wig Exchange Policy: Customer satisfaction is our #1 goal and we are committed to ensuring our customers are satisfied with their purchase. We do not offer refunds on our wigs, but would gladly offer you an exchange or store credit within seven days of receipt of your order. All exchanges must be unused and accompanied by the original unopened packaging due to health and sanitary reasons. Please remember you are responsible for all shipping charges associated with an exchange. 

We suggest obtaining a tracking number with your shipment. Flawless Kinks is not responsible for any lost shipments.

How do I go about making an exchange?

Please start the process by contacting us through our Contact Us page, or emailing us at help@flawlesskinks.com. Please include your order number, name, and describe your issue in the email. We will respond within 24 hours.
