I just placed an order.  When will I receive it?

Each bonnet is custom-printed and require 5-7 business days to finish. Other items in stock require 3-5 business days to process, not including weekends or major holidays. Shipping time is added on top of this. You'll receive a confirmation email after ordering, and then a shipping confirmation when your order ships. In the shipping confirmation email, you'll receive an estimated delivery time from the shipping partner. 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments by Visa, Mastercard, AfterPay and Paypal. Amex and Discover cards can be used through the Paypal guest checkout.

Can I make changes to my order?

Orders cannot be canceled or changed after being placed.

My package was marked as delivered, but I can't locate it. What should I do?

The best course of action is to report and file the package as missing with the shipping carrier. Flawless Kinks is not responsible for lost, stolen, or packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Flawless Kinks will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
